Information collected automatically

When you use the site, we and our service providers may collect IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, entry page, pages viewed, timestamps, cart and session information, approximate location derived from IP address, error and security logs, and cookie or similar-technology identifiers.

Sources

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from Team Admins who request access for another administrator, and from service providers involved in payments, fraud prevention, production, shipping, email, analytics, or customer support.

3. How we use information

Legal bases for EEA and UK visitors

Where applicable, we process personal data because it is necessary to perform a contract with you, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests such as operating and securing the store, or because you have given consent. You may withdraw consent at any time, but withdrawal does not affect processing already completed lawfully.

4. How we disclose information

We disclose personal information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to:

  • Store and technology providers: website hosting, WordPress and WooCommerce services, security, caching, email delivery, backups, and technical support.
  • Payment and fraud providers: payment processors and supported payment methods, which may include Stripe, WooPayments, and their banking or installment-payment partners.

We may provide the product, size, custom name, custom number, artwork, shipping information, and other details needed to prepare and deliver the order.
  • Commerce support providers: tax, address validation, analytics, attribution, newsletter, and customer-communication services.
  • Team organizations: authorized Team Admins and organization representatives, only when reasonably necessary to review or manage a Team Store or administrator-access request.
  • Authorities and protected parties: government agencies, courts, advisers, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect PUCC, customers, organizations, or the public.
  • Business transactions: a buyer, successor, lender, or adviser in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate protections.

As of the date above, PUCC does not sell personal information for money and does not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this practice changes, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required choices.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

PUCC uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the store working and, with consent where required, to understand site traffic.

  • Necessary cookies support consent choices, security, login, cart, checkout, and other core store functions.
  • Analytics and attribution cookies help us understand visits, page paths, referring sources, and how people find or use the store.
  • Functional or marketing cookies will be listed in the cookie-preference panel if they are detected and configured for use.

Non-essential cookies are blocked until consent when required. You can accept, reject, or choose categories in the CookieAdmin panel. After making a choice, use the cookie-settings button at the lower-left edge of the site to review or change it. Clearing browser cookies may also reset your selection.

Browser privacy controls may affect cookies. Where applicable law requires it, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals for the browser or device that sends them.

6. Retention and security

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including to provide accounts and Team Stores, fulfill orders, support customers, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. Custom names, numbers, and production details may be retained with transaction and internal production records to support fulfillment, approved reorders, customer service, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. We may keep transaction and tax records longer than contact inquiries, abandoned drafts, or analytics records. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information we handle. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your password and private Team Store access codes confidential and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a denied privacy request. You may also:

  • update available account details through your account;
  • unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message;
  • change non-essential cookie choices through CookieAdmin; and
  • submit a privacy request through the PUCC contact form.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and direct verification. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

California residents

If California privacy law applies to PUCC and your information, you may request to know the categories, sources, purposes, and recipients of personal information; request specific pieces of information; request correction or deletion; and opt out of sale or sharing. PUCC’s current no-sale and no-cross-context-advertising statement appears in Section 4. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

8. Children and youth organizations

The site is not directed to children under 13, and PUCC does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Purchases and Team Admin accounts must be handled by an adult or by a parent or legal guardian. Team Admins and purchasers must not submit a child’s personal information, photograph, custom name, jersey number, or other identifying content unless they have authority and all legally required permissions to do so. If you believe a child’s information was submitted improperly, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

9. International use and transfers

PUCC is operated from the United States. If you access the site from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection rules. Where required, we rely on recognized safeguards or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

We may update this Policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and change the “Last updated” date. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
