Every PUCC order ships free to a U.S. delivery address. No coupon code or minimum purchase is required.
Standard, non-customized orders typically enter processing within 2 business days. Many PUCC products are produced to order, so production time may apply before the carrier receives the package. Shipping and delivery estimates vary by product, destination, fulfillment location, and carrier.
Customized items require manual review, artwork setup, and production handling before they are submitted for fulfillment. This may add production time beyond a comparable standard item. Review customization carefully at checkout; a requested change can also delay production and is not guaranteed after work begins.
If PUCC cannot ship within the promised time, or within the period required by applicable law when no time is stated, we will provide a delay notice and the choice to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for the refund required by law. A required full refund includes an associated customization fee.
Tracking information is provided when available. Carrier scans and estimated delivery dates are controlled by the carrier after shipment.
Free shipping currently applies to standard shipping for U.S. delivery addresses. International delivery availability varies and may not be supported at checkout. Contact PUCC before ordering if you need delivery outside the United States.
Carrier, weather, customs, and incorrect customer-provided address information can cause delays outside PUCC’s direct control. Contact us promptly if an order appears lost, materially delayed, damaged, or incorrectly marked as delivered. Nothing in this policy limits PUCC’s shipment, delay-notice, cancellation, refund, or delivery obligations that apply under law.
